The halls of the new Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Center on the Laredo Community College campus were brimming with friends of the college attending the Center’s premiere gala benefit featuring concert headliners Enrique Chia and his Latin Ensemble. They included Tere Santos, LCC Citizens Advisory Committee member Ana Ochoa and her daughter Elizabeth Ochoa.

From left, Laredo Community College board member J.C. Treviño Jr. greeted Bob Holliday and Fernando Zuniga during a reception to launch the LCC Fall Gala concert featuring pianist Enrique Chia. The event was well attended by friends of the college and those who support the fine and performing arts.
The Laredo Community College Fall
Gala benefit attracted many supporters of the arts who enjoyed a formal
reception and evening concert with Enrique Chia and his Latin Ensemble in the
new Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Center. Among those attending were Laredo Philharmonic Orchestra
Director/Conductor Brendan Townsend, LCC Board Secretary Carlos Carranco Jr.,
and David Brown of the Laredo Medical Center.

ion for the LCC Fall Gala fundraiser featuring talented pianist Enrique Chia. Mr. Cuellar is a member of the LCC Citizens Advisory Committee.
