The Laredo Community College Main and South campuses will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. so that college employees may attend the fall 2005 convocation at the main campus. Faculty and staff get re-energized for another exciting year at the “College of Champions” at this year’s in-service, dubbed a “Hawaiian Con-Vacation.” General presentations are from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Martinez Fine Arts Center theater. Additional meeting and training occur throughout the day in various campus facilities. LCC employees get to enjoy good food at a Hawaiian luau at 6 p.m. in front of the Kazen College Center.
