A visual feast will be enjoyed by all who attend the fall 2005 Dance Concert of Laredo Community College on Sunday, Nov. 6.
Sponsored by the LCC Music and Dance Department and the City of Laredo, the dance extravaganza will begin at 3 p.m. in the Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Center theater. Admission to this culturally eclectic concert is free and open to the public.
A potpourri of dances from various genres and cultures will come alive on the stage with the presence of five student performance ensembles, including the Dance Theatre, the Ballet Folklorico, the Flamenco Company and the combined Lyric Ballet and Jazz Ensemble.

Under the direction of adjunct instructor/choreographer Sandra Saucedo, the combined groups will perform to the music of Bryan Adams, Janet Jackson and No Doubt.
The mystique steps of modern dance will be presented on the stage by the LCC Dance Theatre, directed by dance instructor/choreographer Danuta U. Gazdyszyn.
