
Emerging technology is thrust of planning session

Development council leaders from the Middle Rio Grande and South Texas regions explored ways to collaborate and tap into an Emerging Technology Fund of more than $200 million recently passed by the Texas Legislature to support the advancement of economic development and training initiatives in communities such as Laredo.
