Late registration for fall at LCC, Aug. 22-23

        Thousands of students have chosen to enroll this fall at Laredo Community College.

        Have you?

        Classes begin on Monday, Aug. 22, but don’t fret if you haven’t registered yet at the “College of Champions.” 

        Time is still available to enroll for the new term at LCC Main and South campuses during Late Registration on August 22 and 23.

        Students may register for classes or make changes to their class schedule anytime from 2 to 7 p.m. in the department offices at either campus.  A $10 late registration fee applies.

        Students must register in the department office of their major. For example, math majors would report to the Math Department in Laird Hall, English majors would report to the English Department at the Adkins Building, and so forth.

        Students without a declared major should report to the Counseling Center in Memorial Hall, room 125 (main campus), or the Billy Hall Student Center, room 113 (south campus).

        Also, students majoring in child development, early childhood education, protective services, computer electronics, automotive technology, auto body repair and diesel mechanics will need to register at the south campus. Advising for general education courses, under the Arts and Sciences Division, also is available at LCC South.

        Classes must be paid on the day of registration or will automatically be dropped by the following day. Payments will be taken at the Bursar’s Office.  Students with financial aid need to go to the LCC Financial Aid Office in Memorial Hall.
