Galvan scholarship benefits child development students
Child development has received a major boost with the presentation of scholarships to two Laredo Community College students, courtesy of retired LCC educator Dr. Bertha Z. Galvan. The scholarships, presented by Dr. Galvan (left) during the annual LCC Student Awards Night in April, were awarded to Marcela Castro and Irene T. Zamarippa.
