Like father, like son
The bond that Jose Castillo (left) and his son, Jose Jr., share has grown stronger. The Castillos share the same first name, and this month, share the spotlight as graduates. Jose Sr. was among the 100-plus graduates who received the GED diploma during graduation ceremonies at Laredo Community College on May 13 in the Maravillo Gym. His son also will don a cap and gown soon when he graduates as the valedictorian for Cigarroa High School.
