Three collegians awarded O’Keefe scholarship
Three Laredo Community College students were the recipients of the Herman B. and Lilia May O’Keefe Endowed Scholarship. The announcement was made during the annual LCC Student Awards Night ceremony held last month in the Kazen College Center. Students (not pictured in order) Evaristo Gallardo, Juan F.
