There still are many ways to make history this summer at Laredo Community College Main and South campuses. Early registration for Summer Session II is open for some students through June 27.
Students who took advantage of early advising in April for the second summer session and those who are eligible to self advise for classes are encouraged to register fast and conveniently for summer classes by accessing the college’s On Line Enrollment (OLÉ) system on the World Wide Web or by telephone.
To self advise for classes, students must have earned at least 9 college-level semester credit hours, have met college level readiness, have declared a major on file with the Admissions/Registration office, and have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Early registration for self- and early advised students is available through OLÉ Web at http://ole.laredo.edu and by phone at 721-5100. The system is accessible from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., including weekends.
Students who register early must pay their Summer Session II class schedule fees by June 28 before 5 p.m. at the Bursar’s Office at either LCC campus.
Summer Session II classes begin on July 7 and end on Aug. 9.
The LCC Main campus is located at West End Washington Street. LCC South is at 5500 South Zapata Highway.
LCC is offering an array of day, evening and online classes this summer at both campuses, including classes in art, government, accounting, history, speech communication, music appreciation, math, science, dance, English, physical education, real estate, medical office, sociology, reading, welding, computer technology, fire protection technology and much more.
The summer class schedule is available online at www.laredo.edu or at the LCC Admissions/Registration Office at either campus.
For more information, contact the LCC Admissions/Registration office by calling 721-5109 (Main campus) or 794-4110 (South campus).
