‘I can carry them!’
Moises Perez is all smiles after receiving a tall stack of Christmas gifts Dec. 2 at the Camilo Prada Child Development Center at Laredo Community College South. The two-year-old and his classmates were the recipients of Christmas gifts presented by south campus faculty and staff through the South Pole Santa Project. College employees were given the opportunity to bring a smile to a child with a gift by randomly selecting a star from a Christmas tree, which contained the names of the children who study at the Prada center. The project was a success as evidenced by Moises’ smile.
