Pack it right and wear it light.  Students at Laredo Community College get tips on the proper usage of backpacks to prevent back pain and injuries during a presentation delivered by students in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at 11:30 a.m. in the Kazen College Center.  Admission to the presentation is free and open to students.  For more information, call 721-5460.

FRIDAY, APRIL 14, 2006

Classes are suspended and campuses offices are closed at Laredo Community College main and south campuses in observance of Good Friday and Easter Sunday.  College operations resume Tuesday, April 18.  The On Line Enrollment (OLÉ) system remains accessible to register for summer sessions 1 and 2 classes during the holiday period.  Register online at http://ole.laredo.edu from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

 

Spend your holiday break watching exciting college tennis at Laredo Community College, site of the two-day Regional Tennis Tournament of the National Junior College Athletic Association.  The tournament features LCC, Tyler Junior College of Tyler and Lee College of Baytown.  The action starts at 9 a.m. at the H.E.
