
Area government and nonprofit agencies seeking to increase their fundraising competitiveness and to broaden their insight on funding resources should take advantage of a special seminar at Laredo Community College presented by one of the country’s leading grant writing trainers.
Grant Writing USA and the LCC Continuing Education Department are joining forces to offer a two-day grant writing workshop at the LCC main campus Sept. 11-12.
All nonprofit and government professionals, regardless of their grant writing experience, are invited to attend the workshop, which will meet from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the LCC main campus.
The training is suitable for beginning and experienced grant writers.
Tuition is $395 and includes all classroom materials, including a workbook and an accompanying 250MB resource CD packed full of tools and more than 200 sample grant proposals.
