Input from the local plumbing industry is sought by Laredo Community College to help in the development of a one-year certificate program in plumbing.
LCC is seeking individuals for an advisory committee that will provide guidance and advice for the implementation of the new plumbing certificate program, which is scheduled to launch in the fall of 2007.
“The advisory committee will help Laredo Community College develop a quality training program for a growing industry in the region. Local plumbers, who would like to share their views and expertise on this profession, are strongly encouraged to contact us,” LCC Building Trades Department chair Emery Deem said.
