Become a champion in 2007 at Laredo Community College main and south campuses.  Advised and self-advised students can register online today for spring 2007 classes from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.  Avoid the rush; register conveniently via the On Line Enrollment (OLÉ) system at http://ole.laredo.edu.  Payment for tuition and fees may be made online by credit card.  And don’t forget to sign up for a drawing at the LCC Student Activities Office for a chance to win an iPod, Bucks tickets or even a reserved campus parking space of your choice.  For more information, call 721-5109 or 794-4110. 

 

“Social Observation,” an art collection of professional artist Michelle Martin of Oklahoma, is on display at Laredo Community College.  View the artwork during the LCC Art Teaching Gallery hours: Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8 to 11:30 a.m.  Admission is free to the community.  For more information, call 721-5224.

 

Walk on the wild side at Laredo Community College.  Enjoy a guided or self-guided tour of the Lamar Bruni Vergara Environmental Science Center on the north side of the main campus.  Live exhibits featuring alligators, fish, and much more await the entire family.  For hours of operation and more information, call 764-5701.

“Internet Technologies for Small- and Medium-Sized Businesses” is the focus of a seminar at Laredo Community College from 8 to 10 a.m. in the De la Garza Building, room 106.  Space is still available to sign up for the seminar.  The fee is $25 for members of the LCC International Trade Institute of the Americas and $45 for the general public.  For more information, call 721-5110.
