Business owners and others in search of ways to improve their services through the power of the Internet are encouraged to sign up for an interactive seminar at Laredo Community College.
The seminar will be presented in English on Tuesday, Dec. 12 and then in Spanish on Wednesday, Dec. 13.
Internet Technologies for Small- and Medium-Sized Businesses is the focus of the seminar, scheduled both days from 8 to 10 a.m. in the De la Garza Building, room 106, on the main campus.
The seminar is sponsored by the International Trade Institute of the Americas at LCC and WSI, or We Simplify the Internet, a worldwide Internet consulting and education service provider.
ITIA director Jose Reyes and Internet consultant Alejandro Quetzeri of WSI will lead the two-hour-long seminar, which will cover the basics of the Internet, the benefits of using the Internet in your business, email marketing capabilities and much more.
“This is a great opportunity for business owners, entrepreneurs, sales and marketing professionals and others to stay in touch with the latest technological advances and learn how Internet technology can benefit your small- or medium-sized organization.
