Faculty and staff gear up for the second half of a banner year at the College of Champions during spring 2006 in-service activities at Laredo Community College. Full-time and part-time LCC employees (excluding adjunct faculty) participate in various professional development activities, beginning at 9:15 a.m. with a presentation by Houston motivational speaker Dr. Bennie Lambert, speaking on “Taking the Team to the Next Level.” In-service will be held in the Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Center. The LCC campus is closed from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. so that LCC employees may attend the in-service activities. Additional presentations for faculty only will be held in the afternoon.
