Garza family supports LCC students
Helping Laredo Community College students turn their dreams into reality is the goal of the Delfino and Nora Garza Endowed Scholarship at LCC. This year’s recipient, Lizzette Montemayor (left), is recognized by Nora Garza, dean of arts and sciences at LCC. The announcement was made during the annual LCC Scholarship and Awards Night in the Kazen College Center.
