Input from the law enforcement community will be gathered by Laredo Community College’s newest board member Rene De La Viña during a town hall meeting Thursday, June 22 at LCC South.
The meeting with law enforcement is set to start at 10 a.m. at the Protective Services Building located on the north side of the south campus.
Thursday’s town hall meeting is the second forum of a continuing series of town hall meetings De La Viña is hosting to seek input from the campus body and the public.
De La Viña launched the series last month with a student form at the main campus. Input he gathered from students will be presented during the LCC Board of Trustees meeting on Thursday.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the Kazen College Center, room 121, at the main campus.
