A well-deserved honor
Sister Rosemary Welsh views a collection of books dedicated in her honor during the first International Women’s Day Celebration Wednesday at Laredo Community College South. Ranging from activism to women’s rights, the 65-book collection will be housed at the Zaffirini Library at the south campus.
