Laredo Community College recognized the best and brightest academic achievers from Laredo and area high schools during the 2006 South Texas Blue Chip Scholars Award Ceremony Thursday, April 27.
Co-sponsored by LCC and Henri Kahn Insurance, the ceremony and reception for the Blue Chip Scholars, their parents, and school officials was held in the Kazen College Center on the main campus.
