Advising for the Spring 2007 semester at LCC main and south campuses begins Monday, Nov. 6.
Students who take advantage of advising are automatically eligible to register for the new term via the college’s On Line Enrollment (OLÉ) system at http://ole.laredo.edu.
Advising for first-time students and those who have not declared a major is available in the Counseling Center at either campus Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Advising for returning students who have declared a major is available in department offices Monday through Thursday from 1 to 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Advised students and those who are eligible to self advise for classes may register for spring 2007 classes via the OLÉ web system from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. The system is accessible seven days a week.
"Self-advised" students must have earned at least nine college-level semester hours of credit, have met college level readiness, have declared a major with the Admissions/Registration Office and have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Students who register between now and Jan. 9 have until Tuesday, Jan. 9 to pay their tuition and fees.
Payment is due in person at the LCC Bursar's Office by 7 p.m. or online via the OLÉ web system by 11 p.m. Those who do not pay their tuition and fees by the deadline will be dropped from the class rolls.
