LCC student advances with Kazen, Meurer & Perez scholarship
Laredo Community College student Scott Vigil (right) is going to college thanks to the Kazen, Meurer & Perez LLP Scholarship he received during the annual LCC Student Awards Night ceremony held in the Kazen College Center. The scholarship was presented to Vigil by George Meurer.
