A celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month is launched early at Laredo Community College with special performances featuring the LCC Ballet Folklorico and LCC guitar instructor/professional guitarist Dr. Cain Budds and company at 11:30 a.m. in the Kazen College Center. The performances are part of LCC’s observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, which includes a major film festival, performances of Aztec Indian dances and much more from Oct. 3-5.
