LCC Calendar for January 19-24, 2004

MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2004

The Laredo Community College Upward Bound Program will hold registration for eligible high school freshmen and sophomores to join the free college prep program.  Registration will be now through January 22 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Lerma-Peņa Learning Center, room 120.  For more information, call 721-5238.

The Program and Policy Committee of the Laredo Community College Board of Trustees will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m. in Laird Hall, room 124.  The meeting is open to the campus body and public.  For more information, call 721-5101.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2004

The Laredo Community College Student Advisory Board will host a comedy show featuring national campus entertainer Leighann Lord at 1 p.m. in the Kazen College Center.  Admission is free and open to students and the public.  For more information, call 721-5179.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2004

Service hours for most campus departments at Laredo Community College are Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.  For more information, call 721-5140.
