Representatives of Laredo’s four Rotary Clubs were the recipients of the 2004 Laredo Community College Meritorious Service Award during graduation ceremonies Saturday morning in the LCC Maravillo Gymnasium. The annual award recognizes the longstanding support of Laredo’s Rotary Club members for the cause of higher education through scholarships, endowments and program support. Each year Rotary sponsors the education of special students and helps the college host its annual city-wide career day. From left are LCC Board Member Leo G.
