Registration for Summer Session I at Laredo Community College continues through the OLÉ Phone and OLÉ Web systems for those students who are self advised.
Students who receive early advising in the department for their career major can also register using OLÉ Phone or OLÉ Web through May 6.
Advisement is the period when students visit with a faculty member or career counselor to select the courses needed to satisfy a degree plan. It is required before any student, who is unable to self advise for classes, can register.
Early advisement is available to all students in department offices April 19 to 22 and April 26-27 from 1 to 6 p.m. If a student does not know where to obtain early advisement, they can call 721-5109. Students who plan to register for Summer Session II should be advised for courses, too.
This early advisement allows students to register with the college’s On Line Enrollment (OLÉ) services by web (http://ole.laredo.edu) or phone (721-5100) now through May 6 and gives them the advantage to select their courses before they become filled. The OLÉ services are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends.
Students who register early for Summer I must pay tuition and fees by May 17 at the LCC Bursar’s Office, located in University Hall, room 121.
Summer Session I begins on May 31, and continues through June 30. Final exams are on July 1.
The schedule of courses for both summer sessions is available online at www.laredo.edu and at the LCC Admissions/Registration Office, located in University Hall, room 125.
For more information, contact the LCC Admissions/Registration Office by calling 721-5109. Office hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
