This fall, Laredo Community College students have two campus locations with more choices to fulfill their quest for a college education. The opportunity for students to ‘Make History’ and enroll at LCC this fall begins on Tuesday, August 24.
“Laredo Community College has created a larger and more dynamic schedule of courses, and we are offering these courses at two campuses, giving students more access to higher education,” says LCC President Dr. Ramon H. Dovalina.
LCC South is located at 5500 South Zapata Highway. LCC downtown is located at the west end of Washington Street.
Regular (arena) registration, to be offered only in the Maravillo Gymnasium at the downtown campus, will be conducted by alphabetical sequence according to the student’s last name:
* August 24- for letters P-Q from 8:30 to 9 a.m.; letters R and I-K from 9 to 10:30 a.m.; letter S from 10:30 to 12:30 p.m.; letters T-U and L from 4 to 5 p.m.; and letters V-Z from 5 to 7 p.m.; and
· * August 25- for letters A-B from 8:30 to 9 a.m.; letter C from 9 to 11 a.m.; letters D-F from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; letters G and M-O from 4 to 6 p.m. and letter H from 6 to 7 p.m.
Regular registration will be open to all students on August 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in the Maravillo Gym.
Late registration will be August 30 and 31 from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Maravillo Gym (LCC downtown) and the Billy Hall Student Center (LCC South).
The Fall 2004 semester begins on August 30, and continues through December 10.
The LCC Fall 2004 Class Schedule is available online at www.laredo.edu and at the Admissions/Registration Office, located in University Hall, room 125, on the LCC campus, and the Billy Hall Student Center, room A113, at LCC South.
