Course Help Desk
The Help Desk is a student and faculty support service that can be used
to report technical online course problems and subsequently an LCC
support technician will assist users in resolving a particular computer
problem. Students can log on to Help Desk
to browse the (FAQ) Frequently Asked Questions to help resolve common
user problems or by filling out a Help Desk request form during the
regular and evening business hours to request technical assistance.
Instructor can request help through the instructors help desk.
