III.       Students are not allowed to leave the lab room once an exam is started. The exam ends the moment the student leaves the lab room.   Exceptions to this rule include emergency restroom breaks.  Note:  An “Incident Report Form” will be completed for each issue that may arise during the administering of an exam; such, as a restroom break, terminating an exam if student is caught cheating, or if an exam is not available on its scheduled test date.

VI.       Students are not allowed to copy or print the exam.

VII.      Students are allowed the time assigned by the instructor , if there is a “written” or “paper-based” part to the exam, the first part of the exam must be completed on the computer and then the student requests the second part from the lab assistant. The second part will be turned in to the proctor and must be completed within the 2 hour timeframe.   Major exams, other than Finals, may have a different exam duration based on the instructors own testing policy.

VIII.     Students are not allowed to ask the proctor for assistance with an exam other than to report technical problems.

IX.       Proctors will be present during the exam so that students adhere to established testing guidelines.

XI.       Students may report any complaints to the instructor, lab assistant or the Learning Center Director.
