Applicants for admission to the Nursing Program must fulfill the general requirements for admission to the College. Please refer to the current LCC College Catalog and/or a faculty advisor for up-to-date information regarding basic skills assessment and TASP requirements.

The applicant must properly complete a Nursing Program Admission Application and submit it to the Nursing Department or Program Coordinator before the deadline of the year in which admission is sought. Included in the application packet are the following:

  • Application form
  • Request for up-to-date immunization records
  • One reference form
  • Special Populations survey form
  • Admission Process
  • Accreditation agency information
  • Job description and/or Technical Standards

The Application Packet must be accompanied by the applicant's latest grade report or transcript that indicates the latest Grade Point Average (GPA) for courses completed.
