The Laredo College General Scholarship awards students with the help of several organizations that provide assistance. To be considered an applicant, the student must have completed an admissions application with the Office of Admissions, be in good academic and disciplinary standing as well as other requirements indicated by the organization providing award. The Advocates Scholarship |
At the Advocates, we are committed to continual education and believe that through education we better our community and ourselves. Write 300-500 word essay and all prospective or current students enrolled in an accredited university or college, located in the United States. The scholarship is for $1,000 and offered biannually. Allied Van Lines Military Scholarship Opportunity |
The first ever-Military Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Operational Management Scholarship, available to all those current or former active duty military and their dependents who qualify. Two lucky winners will be selected to be awarded a total of $1,000 each. Submit a brief essay of between 400 and 800 words, detailing why a career in logistics/supply chain management is your college major of choice. A personalized tone. We want to know why you truly believe in logistics as the best career path for you. Submit copy of your most recent transcripts, verification of enrollment of your college, essay and a copy of their DD214 (member 4) or signed letter from command certifying active duty status. USDA Promise Scholars Scholarship |
Laredo College LEAPS is offering the PROMISE Scholarship. Scholarship is for any student interested in completing their degree in Food, Agriculture, Natural Resources and Human Science (FANH) at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Maximum scholarship is $5,000 per academic year ($2,500 for Fall & $2,500 for Spring). Amount awarded will be based on the scholarship application, your FAFSA application, your college admission application and the LEAPS/STEM Scholars program application. HACU Deloitte Scholarship |
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is partnering with Deloitte to award scholarships to eligible undergraduate and graduate students. Students at HACU-member institutions can apply for one of the fifteen ($10,000) Deloitte Future Leaders Scholarships to be awarded.
The Deloitte Future Leaders Scholarships are available to students majoring in accounting, business (e.g., business admin, finance, economics, computer science, management information systems) and technology related degrees.
