No, only students who have graduated and
returning Laredo College students will be allowed to take the New TSIA 2.0 exam
through virtual proctoring services using Zoom. If you are still in high school
please contact your respective high school administrator/counselor and find out
if the TSIA 2.0 exam will be scheduled and administered by your high school for dual credit students.

graduated from high school and plan on attending Laredo College, can I take the

Can I change,
cancel, or re-schedule my test date once registered?
Yes, but you need to contact the
Assessment Center in advance to let staff know you will not be testing and need
to re-schedule the exam. This way,
we can schedule someone else in your place.

penalized for changes, cancellation, or re-schedule my test date and time?
but space is limited and you may not be able to get the time and date you want.

Do I need to complete a Laredo College
application to take the New TSIA 2.0 using Zoom Proctoring Services?
Yes, if you plan on attending LC, you will need your Palomino ID
number to test so Assessment staff can schedule a time and date and create your
virtual voucher. Using the Palomino ID number is important because the New TSIA
2.0 scores will be manually placed onto your record after completion of exam and
when test fees are paid. If you have questions regarding the application

What e-mail can be used when I register for the
New TSIA 2.0 Zoom Proctoring Services?
When you request to schedule a date and time for the New TSIA
2.0 exam from the Assessment Center, your Laredo College student e-mail must be
used for communication. Please make sure your LC student e-mail is active
because the Bursar’s Office will send you an e-mail with the online payment
steps to your LC student email account as well.

Yes, but only if you tested within 5 years and have passed the
Reading, Writing, and Math sections. If you did not pass either of the exams
and will be attending LC, you will need to take the new TSIA 2.0 exam. For

What is the cost to use the Zoom Proctoring
Services for New TSIA 2.0 exam?
The cost is $18.00 for the initial exam,
$12.00 for the ELAR section and $6.00 for the Math section. Your exam must be
paid prior to testing using your LC student e-mail. The Bursar’s Office will
send you an e-mail with payment instructions. Should you have any questions
