About our Program!
In the Cosmetoogy Program students will learn the necessary skills to pass the State Board Examination written and practical. Students will be prepared to become a professional cosmetologist ready to enter the workforce environment. We provide our students with the basic and advanced cosmetology techniques to meet the requiements that the beauty industry is in demand of.
Upon successful completion of the program the student will be able to participate at the Laredo College Commencement Ceremony and be rewarded with a Certificate Level 1 and will meet all the requirementsneeded by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and be eligible to take the State Board Examination.

The mission of our program is to provide our students with a quality educational experience. Our goal is to prepare and inspire our students with the skills and innovative ideas needed to become successful in the beauty industry.
PROGRAM GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

Teach students the basic, and current techniques of Cosmetology

Prepare students for TDLR State Board Exam (Written/Practical)
