The Laredo College District is a two-campus college district, which is overseen by a nine-member Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is granted the authority to appoint the college president, who oversees all college operations.

The president is guided by a team of Executive Officers, who oversee such areas as Academic Affairs, Student Success and Enrollment, Finance and Administration, Institutional Advancement, and Compliance and Risk Management.
