The Office of Admissions at Laredo College reserves the right to accept or deny any records that do not meet requirements. Contact your school counselor or College Registrar to learn more about submitting your official transcript(s). 

English proficiency test scores must be sent directly from the testing center of your choice to Laredo College. Applicants may submit an unofficial copy of the scores to proceed with the admissions process while the official scores are en route to the Office of Admissions. Students requesting a student visa must become familiar with submission deadlines to avoid delays.

Financial Statement 

Individuals applying for a student F-1 visa must demonstrate sufficient financial support to become eligible candidates. Below is the form required under a student visa process to study at Laredo College. Please submit the form with bank statements attached to the Office of Admissions in person or electronically to admissions@laredo.edu.

Individuals applying for a student F-1 visa must demonstrate sufficient financial support to become eligible candidates. Prospective international students are required to submit a bank affidavit form to a bank representative where the funds are located to complete the process. Then, the form must be submitted to the Office of Admissions electronically or in person.

In alignment with our state policy, all students under the age of 22 must provide proof of Bacterial Meningitis to enroll in face-to-face and hybrid courses. Vaccination records should be submitted via email at admissions@laredo.edu or a printed copy to the Office of Admissions 10 days before the first class day.

It is highly recommended that digital copies uploaded via email should be converted to PDF. Students who fail to submit a copy of their vaccine record will be dropped for non-compliance.
