Laredo College celebrates 75 years of history and legacy

Laredo College is excited to celebrate its 75th Anniversary Gala, titled “West End Diamond Roundup.”

This celebration will commemorate the 75 years of history and legacy of Laredo College as the city’s pioneering institution of higher learning. Laredo College was created to educate returning World War II soldiers and prepare them for America’s new workforce.

More than seven decades later, Laredo College continues to evolve and adapt to better serve the ever-changing needs of its community. Over the last 75 years, Laredo College has enriched the lives of hundreds of students each semester through affordable academic, workforce, adult and continuing education programs.
