As the summer season continues, Laredo College remains committed to assisting students in initiating, resuming or achieving their academic goals. This Saturday, June 29, marks the first of several weekend LC events aimed at providing a flexible schedule for enrollment and registration.
Although offices at both campuses are open during regular hours throughout the summer, Laredo College’s Palomino Saturday open house events are designed to accommodate current, prospective and returning students by facilitating enrollment and registration processes for the upcoming Summer Session II term and fall semester.
The historic Ft. McIntosh Campus in downtown Laredo will open its doors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lerma-Peña Building with a full roster of services, including registration, advising, financial aid, admissions, payment options, dual enrollment and more.
First-time students are encouraged to bring supporting documentation such as official high school transcripts, GED certificate and proof of bacterial meningitis vaccine.
Staff from various college offices, departments, academic programs and workforce programs will be available to answer questions and provide information about the college’s affordable, high-demand educational offerings and career pathways.
