While there are reports that Canvas services may be gradually returning, some users may still experience intermittent issues as systems continue to stabilize. Students and employees are encouraged to continue monitoring official Laredo College communication channels for confirmed updates and additional guidance. The College will continue testing system functionality and asks that students and employees refrain from using Canvas at this time until further notice. Eligibility Requirements

Our Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program serves adults who are at least 16 years old and/or are beyond the compulsory school attendance age, and meet any of the following criteria:

Function below the high school level
Lack a high school credential
Are unable to speak, read or write in English
