Program Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Apply to Admissions to Laredo College and must be accepted (click here for more information )
- Being admitted to Laredo College does not mean you are automatically accepted into your chosen program. You must still complete the program’s requirements, advising, and registration process.
Selection Process
- Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If program classes are full, students may choose to be added to the program waiting list for the following semester. The waiting list helps keep track of students interested in the program when no seats are available. The waiting list is replaced each semester and does not guarantee a spot in the program.
- Students must clear all holds with the Registrar and Admissions offices before registering.
- Program advising is only available when Laredo College registration opens. Registration dates are posted on the Laredo College website and social media.
- Students must meet face-to-face with the Instructor/Program Coordinator for advising and to obtain a registration permit.
- After being advised, students must take their registration permit to the Registrar's Office immediately to register for their program classes.
- Failure to submit the registration permit to the Registrar's Office when required may result in the permit being voided and/or the student losing their spot in the program.
