Microsoft Office 365 Subscription for Registered Students

Subscription is valid only with your PASPort email address.

By using the Laredo College Office 365 subscription, you are accepting the TERMS AND CONDITIONS given to you today.

Students are required to be currently enrolled at Laredo College, must have a Palomino id and a valid PASPORT email account to qualify for this subscription. Your PASPort email is required: yourusername@students.laredo.edu *****[IMPORTANT: NO OTHER EMAIL IS VALID with the Laredo College Office 365 Student Subscription; Please make sure that you can open your PASPort student Gmail ending in “@students.laredo.edu” before you download the full version of Microsoft Office 365**** This subscription will allow you to use the Office 365 ONLINE version OR to all you to DOWNLOAD the FULL Microsoft Office 2016 version to 5 of your own personal devices(s) ONLY. Devices CANNOT be Laredo College equipment.

This subscription includes WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ONENOTE & 1TB OF ONEDRIVE; Chromebooks devices are not compatible for use of the full download with this subscription. For APPLE devices, Office 365 Version 2016 will be downloaded. Laredo College is not liable for information stored on the ONEDRIVE or any other application entity of this subscription after your "enrollment" status has changed; Your account will also be deactivated if you should no longer qualify to use this account. Please take time to backup all necessary ONEDRIVE files for your future reference.

Terms and conditions for use of Laredo College Office 365 for qualified students are subject to change without notice, based on the agreement with Microsoft’s Co. and the continuation of this subscription with Laredo College. Laredo College can accept no risk or liability for problems you may encounter with your device(s) once you download the FULL subscription. We recommend installing Office 365 on a personal device(s) that doesn’t have any prior Microsoft Office Versions. If you do have a prior version and wish to download Office 365 FULL version applications, please make sure that you can reinstall your old version upon termination of this subscription. Your Laredo College PASPort Gmail is required: yourusername@students.laredo.edu
