The Assessment Center at Laredo College is a certified AMCA Approved Test Site. AMCA exams are offered by appointment only. LC students enrolled in the Medical Assistant program may take their licensing exams at the Assessment Center at the Ft. McIntosh or South Campus.

General Information

  • AMCA exams are administered by appointment only
  • Exams can be administered at the Ft. McIntosh and South Campus
  • Allied Health Department staff will coordinate with the Assessment Center to schedule testing dates for AMCA exams
  • All examinees must show a valid, government-issued photo ID (NOT EXPIRED) the day of the exam

Scheduling an AMCA Exam

The Allied Health Department staff will coordinate with the Assessment Center in order to schedule test dates for AMCA exams. Allied Health Department instructors register examinees for any AMCA exams needed.
