The Community and Media Relations Office (CMRO) is proud to add another two awards to its distinguished line up of highly coveted Medallion Awards during the NCMPR district conference held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Winning both a Silver and Bronze Medallion in the social media post and radio advertisement categories respectively, CMRO Director Obed Guerrero highlighted the strong teamwork it took to achieve the accolades. Furthermore, he said he is excited to showcase Palomino culture and the college’s success in the future.
“These awards are just the start,” Guerrero said. “The Community and Media Relations Office continues to adapt and shift paradigms when it comes to engaging with the community and our media partners. These changes reflect the trajectory of success for Laredo College, and we couldn’t be more excited for what is to come over the next 75 years.”
