The 2023 festive season is steadily approaching, which means Wintermester is coming and spring follows. Registration opened on Monday, Nov. 6 and the first day of Wintermester classes is on Dec. 20. Advising is underway with the semester schedule also available for viewing at www.laredo.edu.
New students who wish to enroll at Laredo College must submit an admissions application at applytexas.org before and are encouraged to check out Laredo College’s extensive list of programs and its course catalog.
Students can expect to find a variety of associate degrees, numerous certification programs in high-demand fields and two baccalaureate degrees–a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership (BASORGL).
Laredo College academic courses are transferrable to public state universities and the college has made it easier for students to find their next steps through transfer agreements with multiple four-year institutions.
