Laredo College will be closed for the week of Nov. 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. College offices will reopen on Monday, Dec. 1 at 8 a.m.
The college is grateful for the contributions of its students, faculty, staff and community partners, which have been integral to its success.
December will also feature several free events open to the community, offering both entertainment and career opportunities. These include:
- Tuesday, Dec. 2: Tree Lighting Ceremony from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Ft. McIntosh Campus.
- Wednesday, Dec. 3: Guitar and Jazz Ensemble Concert at 7 p.m. at the Ft. McIntosh Campus Pvt. David B. Barkley Cantu Veterans Memorial Chapel.
- Wednesday, Dec. 10: Laredo CARES Winter Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Workforce Solutions for South Texas.
