Laredo College is excited to welcome all of our graduates' friends and family to the
Summer 2026 Commencement Exercises
- Entry tickets will be required for guests to enter the ceremony.
- Tickets guarantee entry to the venue prior to the start of the ceremony. Once the ceremony begins and after the graduates are seated, doors will open to the general public and no ticket will be required.
- Guest Entry will be through the LISD PAC courtyard ONLY. Doors will be properly identified as 'Guest Entrance ONLY'.
- Seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and the doors to the LISD Dennis E. Nixon Performing Arts Center will be closed upon reaching capacity.
- Everyone occupying a seat requires a ticket. Children under two attending as lap infants do not need an entry ticket but may not occupy a seat.
- No reservation or holding of seats will be allowed.

Dennis Nixon Auditorium Prohibits the following items at any event hosted by the venue.
- Any event occurring inside Dennis Nixon Auditorium will adhere to the Clear Bag Policy.
- No Backpacks. All items subject to search upon entry.
- Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Monopods
- Glass or Metal Containers, Bottles, or Flasks
- No outside food or beverage items allowed
- Weapons or Firearms
- Flammable Liquids or Aerosol Cans
- Flashlights, Laser Pointers, Glow Sticks, Flares or Fireworks
- Noise Making Devices (i.e. Air Horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas, etc.)
- Balloons, Balls, Beach Balls, Projectiles or Optical Illusions
- Flowers, Plants or other Foliage in a glass vase or container.
- Skateboards, Segway, Scooters, Rollerblades or Bicycles
- Strollers, Carriers, and Car Seats
