Welcome to Undergraduate Research Opportunities (URO) at Laredo College!
As part of the Tittle III L.E.A.P.S. P.O.W.E.R. Grant (Award P031C210034), students are encouraged to learn by conducting a research project at Laredo College. Students receive training on fundamentals of research such as research proposal, methodology, literature review, ethical standards of research, safety trainings, effective project management, and communication and presentation skills.

A student in an undergraduate research opportunity will be able to do the following:

- Engage in the scientific process
