The Department of Behavioral Sciences provides rigorous and student-centered instruction in psychology, sociology, and social work to foster a better understanding of human behavior, theoretical foundations of behavioral sciences and mental health awareness. Through innovative pedagogy, Open Educational Resources, and technology-enhanced learning, we promote student engagement, accessibility, and academic excellence. Our mission is to prepare students to understand human behavior and positively impact individuals and communities while equipping them to successfully enter the workforce.
