The Data Analytics Department is part of the Computer Sciences and Technology Department at Laredo College. We prepare students to transform data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across a variety of industries.

Associate of Applied Science in Data Analytics
The Associate of Applied Science in Data Analytics provides students with foundational knowlege and practical skills for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data. Students gain hands-on experience with analytical tools and technologies used to identify trends and support informed decision-making. The program prepares graduates for entry-level opportunities in data-related fields and provides a pathway toward the Bachelor of Applied Technology in Data Analytics.
Bachelor of Applied Technology in Data Analytics
The Bachelor of Applied Technology in Data Analytics builds upon students' previous technical education and experience. The program develops advanced skills in data analysis, visualization, programming, database technologies, and data-driven decision-making. Through applied coursework and practical learning experiences, students prepare to use data to address real-world challenges and pursue advanced career opportunities across a variety of industries.
