Publicity
- Posters or flyers can be brought to the KSC RM 214 or Billy Hall Office of Student Life RM 225-A two weeks prior to the event. Posters amounts will be limited to no more than 25. The standard flyer size is 8 ½” x 11” or smaller, but no larger than 8 ½” x 14”.
- Posters, handbills, banners, flyers, signs, etc. are not, regardless of the type of paint or chalk etc., to be painted on the sidewalks or placed on the walls of the college buildings.
- Posting on trees, buildings, and other unauthorized places is not permitted.
- During elections, campaigns, workshops, conferences, etc., it may be advisable and necessary for the sponsoring organizations to drive stakes into the ground with information posted on these stakes. (Please contact the Office of Student Life for details).
- Banners may be placed in the Kazen Student Center or the Academic & Advancement Technology Center with two weeks prior approval of the time frame and size specified by the Office of Student Life.
