The student will learn and develop skills to prepare them to successfully pass the Class A Commercial Driver’s License driving and written examinations. Students will have received an overview and preparation for the State of Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s Test. They will also receive instruction on how to proficiently receive endorsements for Tank Vehicles, Doubles & Triples, and Hazardous Materials. The student will also demonstrate skills in the maneuvering of the vehicle in various traffic conditions and will attain the job search and employment skills required to obtain and maintain employment. This is a 200-hour program.
